It is disease of gastric tract, in which inflammation occure from mouth to anus in any part. Usually inflammation occures in small intestine and later it involves large intestine. This inflammation causes a blockage in the way of food passage and causes obstruction. Besides this it restrict the absorption of vitamin B12 in the body. Sign and symptoms of crohn’s disease include
