Sciatica is the pain that follows the path of sciatic nerve, which is found in lower back forming branches to the buttocks and both legs. Typically sciatica effects only one side of body. Most common cause of sciatica is, when the herniated disc, bone spur of the spine and narrowing of spinal passage suppress the spinal nerve. This causes severe pain and inflammation with numbness of effected part.
